Senaga Pappu, Mina Pappu and Pesara Pappu garelu Recipe:

 
Ingrediants:

Name

Quantity

Senaga pappu

1/2 cup

Mina pappu

1 cup

Pesara pappu

1/2 cup

Ginger

small piece

 Chillies

 4

Salt 

to taste 

Oil

for frying


 
Method:
 
  1. Wash urad daaal and soak for 8 hours. Then soak chana daal and persara pappu for an hour separately for an hour.
  2. Grind Urad daal as I said in Urad daal garelu.
  3. Then grind chillies and ginger together. Mix it with urad daal paste and add salt.
  4. Then add senaga pappu and pesara pappu fully draning out water.
  5. Mix once again and take the past into hand and do it like garelu and fry it in oil.
  6. You can serve with any chutney.
