Mutton Pulusu Recipe:

Chilli Powder | As Req |
Turmeric | a Pinch |
Coriander Leaves | few |
Oil | for cooking |
Tamarind | small lemon size |
Ginger garlic paste | 1 tabl spn |
Method:
Wash the Mutton and cut into pieces, then add salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and boil until the mutton becomes tender.
Now take the pan and add oil and heat it.
Then add all masala things and fry.
Then add cut onions and chllies and fry them.
Then add mutton pieces and fry them
Then add tamarind juice to it and boil
then add coriander leaves and serve it.
