Chana Daal | 1 tbspn |
Curry leaves | few |
saltl | to raste |
Cashew Nuts | few fried in ghee |
Oil | for frying |
Method:
Wash Pesara Pappu and Rice together, Add water for rice and pesara pappu in 1:2 ratio.
Cook it in a pressure cooker, like we cook the rice. Rice should be fluffy.
After the pressure goes remove the lid and let it cool.
Take a pan add oil and heat it.
When the oil gets heated add mustard seeds, then jeera, then urad daal and chana daal.
After they cooked add black pepper , curry leaves, green chillies.
After they are done add cahsew nuts .
Fry it for 1 min and remove from heat and add to the rice.
Now some salt to taste and mix well.
Now its ready to serve. Serve with any Chutney.
