Ingrediants:
 

 Name

Quantity

Rice

1 cup

Pesara pappu

1/2 cup

green chillies

 4

Red chillies

Black Pepper/Miriyalu 

Mustard Seeds 

1/2 tea spoon 

jeera 

1/2 tea spoon 

Urad daal 

1 tbspn 

Chana Daal 

1 tbspn 

Curry leaves

few 

 saltl

to raste 

Cashew Nuts 

few fried in ghee 

Oil

for frying


Method:
    1.  Wash Pesara Pappu and Rice together, Add water for rice and pesara pappu in 1:2 ratio.
    2. Cook it in a pressure cooker, like we cook the rice. Rice should be fluffy.
    3. After the pressure goes remove the lid and let it cool.
    4. Take a pan add oil and heat it.
    5. When the oil gets heated add mustard seeds, then jeera, then urad daal and chana daal.
    6. After they cooked add black pepper , curry leaves, green chillies.
    7. After they are done add cahsew nuts .
    8. Fry it for 1 min and remove from heat and add to the rice.
    9. Now some salt to taste and mix well.
    10.  Now its ready to serve. Serve with any Chutney.
