Anapakaya pulusu Recipe:

Ingrediants:

Anapkaya/Bottle gaurd | 1 |
Onions | 2 small |
Ginger Garlic Paste | 1 tblspn |
Turmeric | 1 pinch |
Chilli Powder | 1 tea Spoon |
Coriander Powder | 1/4 tea spoon |
Tamarind | 1 small lemon size ball |
Salt | to taste |
Curry leaves | few |
Coriander leaves | few |
Chillies | 3 |
| Mustart Seeds | 1/2 tea spoon |
Oil | for frying |
Preparation:
Soak Tamarind in water and keep aside. Cut the Bottle gaurd/ anapakaya into small cubes.
Cut onions into pieces and add ginger garlic paste and grind it.
Take Pan and add oil and heat it.
Then add mustard seeds then add grinded onion paste and fry ir.
Fry the paste in low heat . when it starts loosing water check the smell and add salt, turmeric to it.
Fry it for 2 min and add bottle gaurd / anapakaya pieces and fry them in low flame and cover it.
It starts loosing water , fry it like 15 min.
Them add chilli powder, coriander powder and fry them
Then add extracted tamarind juice.
Then add water as you required.
And salt to taste.
Boil it. When it comes to boil the oil in it comes out and forms a layer.
Then add chillies (cut chillies into strainght) , curry leaves, coriander leaves and close with lid. After 5min stop the flame.
Serve with hot Rice , with some fry or odiyalu or Omlet.
