Anapakaya pulusu Recipe:
 
Cooking Time: 40 min , precooking :0 min, arangement time:10min
 
 Ingrediants:

Anapkaya/Bottle gaurd

Onions

Ginger Garlic Paste

1 tblspn

Turmeric

1 pinch

Chilli Powder

1 tea Spoon

Coriander Powder

1/4 tea spoon

 Tamarind

1 small lemon size ball 

 Salt

to taste 

Curry leaves 

few 

Coriander leaves

few

Chillies

Mustart Seeds1/2 tea spoon

Preparation:
 
  • Soak Tamarind in water and keep aside. Cut the Bottle gaurd/ anapakaya into small cubes.
  • Cut onions into pieces and add ginger garlic paste and grind it.
  • Take Pan and add oil and heat it.
  • Then add mustard seeds then add grinded onion paste and fry ir.
  • Fry the paste in low heat . when it starts loosing water check the smell and add salt, turmeric to it.
  • Fry it for 2 min and add bottle gaurd / anapakaya pieces and fry them in low flame and cover it.
  • It starts loosing water , fry it like 15 min.
  • Them add chilli powder, coriander powder and fry them
  • Then add extracted tamarind juice.
  • Then add water as you required.
  • And salt to taste.                    
  • Boil it. When it comes to boil the oil in it comes out and forms a layer.
  • Then add chillies (cut chillies into strainght) , curry leaves, coriander leaves and close with lid. After 5min stop the flame.
  • Serve with hot Rice , with some fry or odiyalu or Omlet.
