Method:
- Without removing the skin of the banana cut into pieces and put in boiled water with some salt init.
- After boiling remove the skin and put in the plate and mash it.
- Now put some salt and turmeric on it.
- Now grind the onins ,chillies and ginger into a fine paste.
- Now switch on the stove and put pan and pour some oil and heat it.
- After heating put mustard seeds, chana daal, urad daal, red chillies, curry leaves.
- After that put the grinded paste init and fry it.
- After that put the smashed banana init.
- When it is done put the coriander leaves and switch it off.
- Serve with Rice and Sambar.
