ARATIKAYA PODI KOORA:

Method:

 

  1. Without removing the skin of the banana cut into pieces and put in boiled water with some salt init.
  2. After boiling remove the skin and put in the plate and mash it.
  3. Now put some salt and turmeric on it.
  4. Now grind the onins ,chillies and ginger into a fine paste.
  5. Now switch on the stove and put pan and pour some oil and heat it.
  6. After heating put mustard seeds, chana daal, urad daal, red chillies, curry leaves.
  7. After that put the grinded paste init and fry it.
  8. After that put the smashed banana init.
  9. When it is done put the coriander leaves and switch it off.
  10. Serve with Rice and Sambar.
