Atukula Upma Recipie: Cooking Time:10 mins

Method:
Chopp the onion and green chillies , and keep aside.
Take oil in a pan and heat it.
When oil gets heated add mustard seeds, when mustard seeds starts dancing add jeera , then urad daal and chana daal.
When the chana daal get fried add curry leaves.
Then add green chillies.
After that add chopped onions and fry them.
Mean while take atukulu in a cup and wash them in water for few seconds (like 10 seconds) in water.
Then drain the water from it.
When onions get fried add turmeric and salt.
Cook for 2 minutes and then add atukulu to it.
Then mix well and aloow it to cook for few minutes so that the flaour goes into atukulu and taste good.
Then garnish with corriander leaves and ready to serve.
