Beerakaya Pachadi:

 
Ingrediants:
 

 Name

Beerakayalu

Jeera

1 tspn 

Chillies

Garlic

2 cloves 

Coriander leaves

limited 

Oil

2 tspns 

Tamarind

small piece 

Salt

to taste 

 

 

Method:

 

  • Cut the Beerakayalu into small pieces.
  • Take the pan and put some oil and heat it. Then put the jeera and fry it. Then and chillies and beerakayala pieces init.
  • Decrease the flame and cover the lid.
  • Fry until the beerakayalu becomes tender.
  • Then switch off the flame and allow it to cool for some time.
  • Then take the blender , put the fried beerakayalu init, salt and tamarind then grind it with out pouring water.
  • Lastly add garlic and coriander leaves and grind again.
