Beerakaya Pachadi:

Method:
- Cut the Beerakayalu into small pieces.
- Take the pan and put some oil and heat it. Then put the jeera and fry it. Then and chillies and beerakayala pieces init.
- Decrease the flame and cover the lid.
- Fry until the beerakayalu becomes tender.
- Then switch off the flame and allow it to cool for some time.
- Then take the blender , put the fried beerakayalu init, salt and tamarind then grind it with out pouring water.
- Lastly add garlic and coriander leaves and grind again.
