Bobbarlu Masala Vada:

 
Ingrediants:

Name 

Quantity

Bobbarlu/alasanda

1 cup

Onions

2 small

Chillies

8

Ginger

small piece

curry leaves

few

coriander leaves

few

oil

for frying

salt

to taste


 
Method:
 
  1.  Wash the bobbarlu and soak in water for  1 whole night and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
  2. Cut onions, ginger , curry leaves and coriander leaves into small pieces.
  3. Take the blender and add bobbarlu and ginger, salt and grind like garelu papu.
  4. Then add onions, curry leaves, coriander leaves to the paste and mix wel.
  5. Take the pan and heat oil init.
  6. make vada from paste and drop it in oil.
  7. Serve with chutney
