 Butter Chicken Recipe

 

Ingrediants

Chicken

1 lb(0.453 kgs)

Cashewnuts

1 cup

Greeen chillies

4

Red Chilli powder

1/2 tspn

Ginger  garlic  paste

1 piece

Red Color

optional

Onions

3

 Tomatoes

3 small 

Butter 

3 cups 

Salt  

to taste 

Oil 

as req 

 Coriander Powder

1 tbspn 

 Fresh Cream

100 ml 

 

 Method:

Clean and cut the chicken pieces like strips. Then apply the ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt to the chicken.

Then take a pan and add oil init heat it, thena add chicken pieces into it and saught them.
Then take out the chicken pieces from oil , keep it on the stove and add cumin seeds, onions, ginger garlic paste and fry it.
 Then add water and let it boil.
 

Then add chilli powder, coriander powder, cashewnuts, tomatoes,green chillies.

 

Then cover with lid and cook slowly.

Then switch off the flame and take that to a blender and blend it to a fine paste. Note: Before blending alow it to cool for sometime. don't grind the hot one.
 

Now take pan and add the butter and heat it. then add the water that came out from chicken that we fried.

 

Then add the grinded paste and made it sliky like if it getting thicker add some water.

Then add some salt to taste. then you can add the food color 1 spoon its optional.
 Then you can add little sugar if you like.
 Then add half a cup of cream to it.
 Then add the chicken pieces and cook for few minutes.
 At last add the garam masala powder. then curry leaves.
 Then serve with hot Naan.
