Coriander Powder | 1 tbspn |
Fresh Cream | 100 ml |
Method: |
Clean and cut the chicken pieces like strips. Then apply the ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt to the chicken. |
| Then take a pan and add oil init heat it, thena add chicken pieces into it and saught them. |
| Then take out the chicken pieces from oil , keep it on the stove and add cumin seeds, onions, ginger garlic paste and fry it. |
| Then add water and let it boil. |
| Then add chilli powder, coriander powder, cashewnuts, tomatoes,green chillies. |
| Then cover with lid and cook slowly. |
| Then switch off the flame and take that to a blender and blend it to a fine paste. Note: Before blending alow it to cool for sometime. don't grind the hot one. |
| Now take pan and add the butter and heat it. then add the water that came out from chicken that we fried. |
| Then add the grinded paste and made it sliky like if it getting thicker add some water. |
| Then add some salt to taste. then you can add the food color 1 spoon its optional. |
| Then you can add little sugar if you like. |
| Then add half a cup of cream to it. |
| Then add the chicken pieces and cook for few minutes. |
| At last add the garam masala powder. then curry leaves. |
| Then serve with hot Naan. |
