CAULIFLOWER MASALA FRY
Ingrediants:

Onions | 3 |
Ginger galrlic paste | 1 spoon |
Chillies | 4 |
Masala powder | 1/2 tspn |
Chilli Powder | as required |
Turmeric | a pinch |
Salt | to taste |
Coriander leaves | big ones |
Oil | 4 tbspns |
Method:
- Cut the cauliflower , onion, chillies into pieces.
- Boil the cauliflower pieces with some salt init for 10 min.
- Drain the cauliflower form water.
- Take the pan, heat it with oil in it.
- After the add onions , chillies and fry it.
- Then add caulifower pieces init and ginger garlic paste , salt, turmeric, and chilli powder.
- close with lid and lower the flame until it becomes tender.
- Then add coriander leaves and masala powder. then serve with hot rice.
