CAULIFLOWER MASALA FRY 

 
Ingrediants:

 Name

Quantity

Cauliflower

1 big

Onions

Ginger galrlic paste

1 spoon 

Chillies

Masala powder

1/2 tspn 

Chilli Powder

as required 

Turmeric

a pinch 

Salt

to taste 

Coriander leaves

big ones 

Oil

4 tbspns 


Method:

 

  • Cut the cauliflower , onion, chillies into pieces.
  • Boil the cauliflower pieces with some salt init for 10 min.
  • Drain the cauliflower form water.
  • Take the pan, heat it with oil in it.
  • After the add onions , chillies and fry it.
  • Then add caulifower pieces init and ginger garlic paste , salt, turmeric, and chilli powder.
  • close with lid and lower the flame until it becomes tender.
  • Then add coriander leaves and masala powder. then serve with hot rice.
