Chicken Fry Recipe:

 
Ingrediants:
 

 Name

Quantity

Chicken

1 lb(0.453 kgs)

Black Pepper

1/2 tbspn

Chilli powder

1 tbspn

Ginger Garlic paste

2 tbspn

Turmeric Powder

1/2 tspn 

Salt 

to taste 

Curry Leaves 

1 strip 

Green Chillies

Oil 

2 tbspn 

Onions

1 small 

Garam Masala Powder1/2 tspn 

Curd

2 tbspns


 
Method:
 
  1. Clean the chicken and cut into medium peices. Then marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder, salt, black pepper, curd, garam masala for 2 hours.
  2. Mean while cut the onions, chillies.
  3. Take the pan and heat oil init. Then fry the onions then add the marinated chicken and fry it.
  4. At last add curry leaves and chillies close the lid and keep it in low flame for 5 min.
  5. Then switch off the flame.
