Chithoor Idli:
Ingrediants:

| Urad daal | 1 cup |
| Uppudu Biyyam | 3 cups |
| Soda Powder | pinch |
| Salt | to taste |
Method:
Soak Urad daal and rice separately for 8 hrs.
Grind the soaked rice into rava like coroasly.
Grind the soaked urad daal .
Then mix them and keep for whole night.
In the morning add salt and soda powder before using.
