GUTTI VANKAYA MASALA CURRY:

chilli powder | 1 teasppon |
turmeric powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
jeera powder | half teaspoon |
oil | 10 teaspoons |
Method:
Cut onions into small pieces.
Take corinader seeds, poopy seeds, ginger, garlic, cloves, cardamom seeds, cinnamon sticks,onions, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder,jeera seeds,coconut into blender and grind into a fine paste.
Now take the eggplants and cut into plus shape at the bottomlike slits. Do the same thing to all the brijals.
Now take the paste and stuff it into the brinjal.
After stuffing, take one pan and pour oil in it and heat it.
After heating, drop all the brijals into pan one by one.
After that, pour some water into the blender and pour that water into the pan.
Keep it in a low flame untill the brinjals become tender.
At last put some coriander leaves init and off the flame.
Finish your gutti vanakaya curry is ready.
