GUTTI VANKAYA MASALA CURRY:

 

Ingrediants:

 Salt

to taste 

 chilli powder

1 teasppon 

turmeric powder 

1/4 teaspoon 

jeera powder 

half teaspoon 

oil

10 teaspoons



Method:


 

  • Cut onions into small pieces.
  • Take corinader seeds, poopy seeds, ginger, garlic, cloves, cardamom seeds, cinnamon sticks,onions, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder,jeera seeds,coconut into blender and grind into a fine paste.
  • Now take the eggplants and cut into plus shape at the bottomlike slits. Do the same thing to all the brijals.
  • Now take the paste and stuff it into the brinjal.
  • After stuffing, take one pan and pour oil in it and heat it.
  • After heating, drop all the brijals into pan one by one.
  • After that, pour some water into the blender and pour that water into the pan.
  • Keep it in a low flame untill the brinjals become tender.
  • At last put some coriander leaves init and off the flame.
  • Finish your gutti vanakaya curry is ready.
