Following water therapy daily will solve many health problems.

I see somebody said not to eat.Thats not a good way to reduce weight.That makes you week and soon you ll faint.Thats for sure.Here are the tips followed and reduced. These are healthy too.
1. Drink everyday 250ml of Bottle gourd juice with empty stomach.If not possible to with empty stomach,drink at anytime but drink everyday.If you can't drink the juice,add some lime juce and pinch of salt and have.It helps greatly in weight reduction.
2. Drink min 3 lit of water everyday and upto 4lit.
3. Cut down eating rice in the night.Instead of rice,cook 'cracked wheat' like rice and have with veg-curry. If you cant eat like this,cook upma with the cracked wheat with loat of vegetables and little oil and have.If you cant eat upma with vegetables, cook upma and vegies separately and have.
4.drink 1-2 glasses of thin buttermilk at anytime and cut down curd.
5.eat most of the vegies and cut down potato.If you like potato,eat it once in a while.
6.All the gourds like bottle gaurd,bitter gaurd,gray gaurd,snake gourd,ridged gourd etc help in weight reduction. Cook them with less oil and have.
7. cut down deep fried items.
8. Start your break fast with sprouts,fruits and liquid food like juices and usual break fast with less oil.No oil is preferrable.
8. If your basic food is rice, dont dtop eating rice at all.Dont eat in the night and you can very well eat in the afternoon but reduce the quantity of intake of it.
9.if you are non-veg eater, eat more fish than chicken and mutton.
10. You can eat fish thrice a week.
11. Chicken once in a week
12.Try not to eat mutton as it has lot of fat and less protines. You can eat mutton once in a week but very less.
13.Till you duce weight,cut down prawns.
14.Along with these,physical exercise/workout is must.
15.know your problematic area of you body which increases more relative to the whole body.
16.Do 5 min warm-up,30min cardio and 20 min exercises.
17.eat more fruits and veggies and all types of dals like toor dal,moong dal,etc.
18.Fruits not to eat:Try to cut down mango,goa,beetroot, but once or twice a week its ok to have them.
19.eat more carrot and leafy curries,either cooked alone or mixed with dals.
20.Eat more corriander and Mint.
ll write if i remember any others.
If you follow these,you ll defenitely reduce weitht and get a very good shape in 4 to 5 months.ll post how to maintain the weight after reduction.Good luck.

If you like to practice yoga,practice all 7 pranayam, kapal bhasthrika,bhathi,anulom-volom,agnisar,bahya etc for weught reduction. You ll loose weight fast.Thats for sure.In the begining its difficult to do kapalbhati but once used to it, its easy.Practice slowly.In youtube,search for "Baba ramdev pranayam".You ll get lot many videos demonstrating pranayam.
