Kanchi Idli Recipe:

Ingrediants:
 

 Name

Quantity

Urad Daal1 cup 
Rice rava2 cups 
Chana Daal3 tspns 
Chillies
Mustard Seeds1 tspn 
Urad daal2 tspn 
Onionssmall 4 
Oil3 tspns 
 Salt to taste 
Curry leavesas required 
Coriander leavesas required 

 
Method:
 
  1. Wash the urad daal and soak it in water for 8 hrs.
  2. Then grind into fine paste and add washed rice rava in to it.
  3. Soak chana daal in water for an hour and add it toa bove paste.
  4. take a pan and oil init and heat it.
  5. After heating add mustard seeds, urad daal, chillies, onions, curry leaves, coriander leaves and fry it.
  6. after that add it to the paste.
  7. Then add salt to taste.
  8. Serve .
