Khaja Recipe:

 Ingrediants:
 

 Name

Quantity

Maida Pindi

/All Purpose FLour

1 cup

Ghee

3 tbspn

Sugar

2 cups

Oil

For frying


 
Preparation:
 
             1. Take All Purpose Flour/ Maida Pindi add some 2 tbspn ghee and water make nice dough out of it.
             2. Cover the dough with lid.
             3. Take 3 cups of water and add 2 cups of sugar and make nice sugar syrup. When the sugar  syrup is done add 1 spoon of lemon juice.
             4. Take the dough and make into two parts.
             5. Take one part and put another part in the box.
             6. Take one part and role the dough as chapathi and cover with wet cloth.
             7. Take another part and make same size and shape of chapathi.
             8. Apply ghee on chapathi and add some flour all over the chapathi.
             9. Take another chapathi cover on that chapathi.
            10. Now roll the chapathi.
            11. Cut the role into small pieces.
            12. On every piece lightly press on it so that the layers slighlty come out.
            13. Take the each and every piece and fry it in oil till it become golden color.
            14. Then put it in the sugar syrup.
            15. After few minutes take out and serve.
