Maida Pindi Bonda Recipe:   

 
Ingrediants:

 Name

Quantity

Maida / All Purpose Flour

2 cups

 Rice Flour

1/4 cup 

 Curd

1 cup 

Chillies 

4 small 

Onions

2 small

Jeera1 tbl spoon 

 Salt

To Taste 

Baking Soda 

1/2 tbl spoon 

Oil  

for frying 


 
Method:
 
  1. Take the curd, the curd should be sour. Beat the curd into thick butter milk and keep aside.
  2. Cut the onions, chillies into small pieces.
  3. Now mix the maida/ all purpose flour , rice flour, jeera, salt, baking soda with butter milk.
  4. Carefull while mixing the batter should be very thick.
  5. Now mix the onions , chillies.
  6. Keep the batter aside for 1 hour.
  7. Now heat oil for frying.
  8. Now take the batter like a small ball and put in oil.
  9. Check that batter should fall into round shape.
  10. If you are not getting  and some baking soda little.
  11. If you mix this and leave it for 5 hrs. you will get nice bondas.
  12. These are good if ther hot only.
  13. These taste good with ginger chutney or karam podi.
