Mina pappu / Urad Garelu:

Method:
Wash the urad daal and saok for 8 hrs.
Then grind the urad daal into paste.
Note: Little water should be added.water should be added while grinding very little. Test the paste after grinding. take some paste and drop it in water. If it floats on water like half floating and half inside the water. Then it is nice for garelu. If we use the paste after 1 hour it will be good.
Cut the onions , chillies and ginger into pieces and add to the paste.
Mix well. Take the pan and oil, heat it.
Take the palstic paper apply oil to it and take the paste in round ball.
Put on the paper and tap it , and make whole at the center.
Then drop it in oil, carefull while droping because the oil will be very hot.
Serve with chutney.
