Mutton Fry Recipe:

 Ingrediants:

1/2 kilo

Oniond

Chillies

cloves

cardamomn

cinammon stick

3

ginger & garlic paste

1 tbl spoon

 Coriander seeds

1 teaspoon 

 Poppy seeds

2 teaspoon 

salt 

to taste 

chilli powder 

as required 

turmeric 

a pinch 

 oil

for cooking 

Coriander leaves

few


 
Method:
 
  1. Wash and cut the mutton into pieces as required , then add salt , turmeric, ginger garlic paste and some water and boil.
  2. Take the Masala things and heat them and make fine powder . other wise you can use masala powder.
  3. Cut the onions and chillies.
  4. After boiling the mutton. take out and keep aside.
  5. Take the pan and put oil and heat it.
  6. Then add onions and chillies and fry them, then add the boiled mutton and fry them.
  7. After frying and the grinded powder and then coriander leaves.
  8. Keep it in low flame for 5 min and take out.
  9. Now mutton fry is ready , serve with sambar or hot rice.
