Pesara Pappu Vada:

Ingrediants:

 Name

Quantity

Pesara pappu

1 cup

Onions

1/4 cup or 2 small

Chillies

5

Curry leaves

few

Ginger

small piece

Salt

to taste

Oil

for frying


Method:
 
  1. Wash and soak moong daal for 1 hour.
  2. Cut the onions, ginger, chillies, curry elaves into small pieces.
  3. Now take half of the pesara pappu without water and grind into paste. Don't add salt while grinding.
  4. Now take the paste and add the left over pesara pappu, onions, curry leaves, ginger, chillies and salt to it.and mix well.
  5. Now take the pan and heat oil init for frying.
  6. Take the lemon size paste and make like vada and drop it in oil and fry it well.
  7. Serve with chutney.
