Saggubiyam Vada Recipe:

Ingrediants:

 Name

Quantity

Saggubiyam

1 cup

Potatoes

3

Fried ground nuts

1/4 cup

Salt

to taste

Chilli Powder

as required

Turmeric

a Pinch

Oil

for frying


Method:
 
  1. Wash the saggubiyam and soak for 3 hours.
  2. Boil the potatoes and remove the skin.
  3. Grind the fried ground nuts into rava.
  4. Now add saggubiyam groundnut rava, potatoes, salt, chilli powder, turmeric and mix well.
  5. Take the plastic paper and apply a drop of oil onit. take a lemon size mix on the plastic sheet and tap it.
  6. then drop it in oil. and fry it.
  7. serve with tomato sauce.
