Tandoori chicken Recipe:
Chicken 1 1/2 Kilograms
Ginger garlic paste 4 Teaspoons
Red chilly powder 4 Teaspoons
Soy sauce 1 1/2 Teaspoons
Salt 3/4 Teaspoon
Onion cut spirally 1 1/2
Lemon cut spirally 1 1/2
Oil for brushing
Method:
Marinate cleaned and washed chicken pieces (large size) in ginger garlic paste, chili powder, salt, soya sauce and keep aside for 5 hours
Take oven tray and smear a little oil and place the pieces and keep it in 375 f preheated oven on broil
After few minutes water starts coming out with a sizzling noise
Remove the tray and lightly brush oil on all the pieces keep it back in the oven
Keep turning the pieces so that they will brown evenly
Do not broil them too dry
Remove when the pieces are well cooked and succulent
Garnish with lime and onions
Serve hot tandoori chicken with rotis, rice or briyani
