Dosa Recipe:
Ingrediants:

Rice | 2 cups |
Uppudu Biyyam | 1 cup |
Urad daal | 1 cup |
Soda | pinch |
salt | to taste |
Oil | as required |
Method:
- Wash rice and uppudu rice neatly. soak them together for 8 hrs.
- Wash urad daal and soak for 8 hrs.
- Then grind them separately into a fine paste.
- If you want this dosa for next day do it today.
- The paste should be not so thick nor thin.
- Mix them and add soda and salt to taste.
- Heat the pan and add little oil on the pan and pour the 1 full spoon of batterand apply roung the pan.
- Watch the dosa till it cook.
- Don't turn the dosa.
- serve with nice chutney.
